Designed a web based inventory audit and a sales process tool as part of the company’s Intranet. The software enables dynamic access to the latest inventory, sales status reports, document flow management and better communication between departments throughout the company.

Service company needs to improve scheduling calls and dispatching technicians while automating their fleet management.

Re-engineered legacy software into web based application and developed fleet management software that is entirely browser based. Software is dynamically connected into internal systems and could be accessed securely both inside and outside the company’s headquarters.

Retailer that needs to give its national sales reps a faster and more convenient way of placing orders online.

Solution #3

Designed a web based application that enables the reps to securely log in to the web site, place their orders and automatically have the orders entered into a SQL database and sent to the fulfillment company. Increased sales exponentially and eliminated a few extra steps in the order processing.

Four-star restaurant with mostly corporate clientele was looking for a way to increase traffic/occupancy.

Solution #4

Designed a web reservation system/party planner that allowed corporate clients to use loyalty-cards for discounts on lunch/dinner and company parties. System based on a mySQL database provides patron’s data, inventory control and web administration.

An executive placement firm looking for a way to replace its flat database recruiting software application and improve contact with clients and candidates.

Solution #5

Entirely redesigned the software as a web application. Switched to a SQL based database and web-enabled the process by giving client companies easier access to the candidates’ resumes through secure log in while allowing the candidates to post their resumes online. This not only increased productivity and lowered the response time but helped give the company national exposure.

Retailer with a 10,000+ product catalog looking to establish an online presence.

Solution #6

Set up online store and, by using proprietary software, allowed both wholesalers and customers to easily and securely order from the online catalog. By connecting the web store to a database we gave the client the tools necessary to remotely generate reports about customers and sales at the same time.
